Q:Do you offer OEM/ODM customization services?
A:Yes, OEM and ODM are fully open. You can customize fabric material and composition, exact Pantone colors, surface patterns and embroidery designs, logo application (embossing, embroidery, hot stamping, or woven labels), packaging design (hangtags, retail boxes, instruction inserts). We also develop new vehicle-specific models using your provided 3D scan data or physical seat samples (15-25 day mold cycle).
Q:Can you produce custom-fit covers for my target car model?
A:Yes. Our custom-fit program uses original vehicle mold tooling. We already produce covers for the BYD Seagull 2023-2025 and are expanding to BYD's full lineup, Tesla Model 3/Y, and other NEV models. For new models not yet in our library, simply provide seat 3D scan data or physical seat samples, and we will develop the mold in 15-25 days.
